Clinical Parent Training Program
The Clinical Parent Training Program is a 10-week course specifically designed to change negative, often abusive chains of behavior between parent and child. Parents are systematically taught new patterns of behaving and communicating. This is the 19th year this program has been in effect in the West End SELPA region. Our evidence points out that significant changes occur ofr over 70% of the participants. In addition, many of the changes at home are also seen in the classroom.

Note: This program is for parents of any child experiencing behavioral challenges. They do not have to be in special education.

For more details, look under the Parent Resources folder and select the Clinical Parent Training Program flier.
